Curtis-Straus LLC was founded by industry experts Jon Curtis and Isidor
Straus on the belief that testing laboratories must offer expertise, accuracy, and
reliability in a client friendly atmosphere. Curtis-Straus LLC strives to provide
accurate, reliable testing, expert design advice and expedited reports while doing our
best to accommodate our client's needs.
The range of products we work with varies in purpose and size. The
products are drawn from such fields as medical devices, information technology equipment
from PCs to home alarms, peripherals, and industrial control systems from such diverse
areas as process monitoring, web control, materials handling, and elevators.
The technical principals of our firm have between them 30 years of
hands-on experience in designing, testing, consulting, and writing - Jon Curtis and Isidor
Straus edit our news magazine, Conformity. They also participate in national and
international standard committees and can provide you with the most current information
necessary to assure your product meets the strictest industry standards.
