Verizon names Curtis-Straus as an Approved Independent Testing Laboratory for NEBS Testing

Curtis-Straus NEBS test reports are accepted by Verizon under the
Independent Test Laboratory (ITL) Program

(Littleton, MA-October 31, 2002) Curtis-Straus LLC, a leader in world wide regulatory compliance testing, is proud to announce that Verizon has designated Curtis-Straus as an Independent Testing Laboratory under its NEBS Testing Certification Program (NEBS-TCP).

Under the Verizon ITL NEBS Testing Certification program, Verizon will accept reports for review only from laboratories that have been audited and qualified under Verizon’s certification standards. Curtis-Straus has undergone a rigorous audit of its quality system, testing facilities, and report writing procedures by Verizon, and has met all of the rigorous requirements as set forth by the program. This process assures that NEBS testing by Curtis-Straus is performed efficiently and effectively, to the exacting and arduous requirements of GR-1089-CORE and GR-63-CORE, and is acceptable to Verizon NEBS report reviewing personnel. This program becomes effective January 1, 2003.
