Curtis-Straus Compliance Management Program FAQ

What do we need from you?

1)      We need to know what your objective is. Please describe in detail what you expect your final deliverable from us should be.

2)      We need an accurate description of your product and what your area of concern is. This will assist us in assuring we provide the correct personnel to facilitate a solution for your company.

3)      We need an executed contract and purchase order to secure a dedicated compliance professional for you.

How long will the process take?

We provide contract services on an hourly, daily, weekly, or project basis. Product submittals can vary widely based on their specific applications. As a general rule, a typical ITE box should take a month or less from start to finish. Telecommunication products requiring NEBS testing can take up to three months to complete a full test program. We will provide you with more specific guidelines once we understand your need completely.

 What is my final deliverable?

Your final deliverable is whatever you want it to be! As a general rule, it will be a formal test report stating compliance to the standards that apply to your product, thus allowing you to ship your product to its intended market. This would include installation of the appropriate technical files your company is required to maintain in order to declare compliance.

How much does it cost?

We will provide you with individualized pricing based on your specific needs.
